The Maryland State Education Association has Outlined several ESP Priorities in its ESP Bill of Rights. QACEA wants to know which priorities are most important to you! QACEA would like you to know that we will continue to work on salaries. They will be an ongoing concern.

20. One way we can win a good contract is to organize support from the community. The most effective way is to contact people and organizations you and your colleagues already know.
