MSEA National Board Certification Mentorship

We want to offer an opportunity of a lifetime! Do you want to help others in your field? Do you have experiences that you are willing to share as a National Board Certified Teacher (NBCT)? Well, here is your chance! We are currently seeking NBCT mentors throughout the state of Maryland. This is a paid mentorship opportunity, for a limited time only. You would be working with your fellow colleagues who are striving to become a NBCT. In taking advantage of this opportunity, you will be able to interact with fellow teacher leaders, while serving as a sounding board and role model as they maneuver through their certification process. MSEA’s goal is two-fold: (1) to provide candidates with relative and rigorous learning experiences that propel them in being successful NBCTs, and (2) to create opportunities for NBCTs.
