This snapshot is an overview of MSEA’s larger ESP Power and RESPect workshop where you’ll learn to recognize your value on the job and the power of your voice. You’ll develop stronger communication skills, learn the importance of being assertive, and focus on how to organize around issues confronting ESPs and students. You’ll come away with a more powerful understanding of your work and your contributions to the entire learning community.
