Support staff are essential employees—simply put, our schools could not exist without you and the important work they do every day for our students and communities. But for too long they have been underpaid and undervalued. Their voices should be heard. Serving our students and communities as support staff is more than a job—it’s a difference-making career that makes our communities stronger and our students’ futures brighter.

Support staff deserve a workplace an Education Support Professionals (ESP) Bill of Rights that not only protects their rights, but also reflects the value of their contributions to public education. We need the help and feedback of ESP to develop this ESP Bill of Rights and then make it a reality. Please join this meeting so we can hear from you and get your ideas.
