MSEA’s Early Career Educator network is a community created by and for Maryland’s early career education professionals. Being an educator is exciting and hard work and the pressures are often unexpected and relentless. Join this network to hear from other early educators about how to make an positive impact on your students and the profession inside and outside your classroom.
This year you can expect each session to cover tips and tricks for distance and in-person learning. Topics that will be covered include: updates and changes to teacher certification due to the pandemic, behavior management, social emotional learning, racial justice, and self-care.
