Amendment Form for New Business 2025
Submissions will be accepted through 12 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2025. Business may not be submitted during the RA this year.
Please use the following standards for clarity and consistency:
Identify the specific sentence(s) you wish to amend, or if you are proposing a complete substitute. Clearly note which words you wish to delete and/or add by specifying the location (paragraph and sentence) and providing the exact language. Bracket all proposed deletions, and CAPITALIZE all proposed additions.
Examples:
- Amend NBI 2: In the 4th sentence, insert USING EXISTING VEHICLES OF COMMUNICATION after “MSEA shall educate members”
- Amend NBI 3: In the 3rd sentence, delete [send to all members] and replace with PUBLISH ON MSEA MEDIA.
