2026 ESP Lobby Night
MSEA support staff members and partner unions are locking arms in solidarity to lobby elected leaders. This year, education support professionals are fighting for legislation to raise our starting wage to $25 an hour for all ESP, ensure the legal right to strike without sanctions, and expand our collective bargaining rights. Members of MSEA locals, BTU, ASFCME Council 3 and Local 2250, and SEIU local 500 are all invited to join together to lobby for our rights as school employees.
