2025 MSEA ESP of the Year
We’re looking for support staff members who are standout contributors to their school community and whose accomplishments make a difference for students, neighbors, and their local union.
“Think social and racial justice activists, church and civic leaders, or union colleagues organizing for better wages, safety, and respect,” says MSEA President Paul Lemle.
“If you’re that person—or you know someone who fits that description—we’re looking for you. Step up for the recognition you deserve and complete a nomination form.”

Don’t forget! The complete nomination package must be received at MSEA no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 1, 2025. Submissions by email are strongly preferred, but hard copies by mail will be accepted.
