2021 Early Career Educators Conference: Skills & Relationships for ANY Normal

When

If you’re a new educator, “unusual” times are a large part of your career. That’s why this year’s Early Career Educators Conference focuses on skills and relationship-building for ANY normal with two tracks.

Track l: For educators with 3 or less years of experience in the profession, the emphasis is on helping you transition from virtual/hybrid teaching to your own in-person classroom.

Track ll: For educators with 4–6 years of experience, the focus is on challenges you may be facing around equitably engaging your students, lesson planning, and parent communication.

For the keynote session, you’ll hear directly from students in Montgomery County’s Minority Scholars Program about racial justice and educational equity and the roadblocks they face.
