Harford County Education Association is the professional association and bargaining union for all Harford County Public School teachers, guidance counselors and psychologists, media specialists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech and hearing clinicians, and Education Support Professionals. HCEA represents approximately 5,000 employees of Harford County Public Schools in collective bargaining.
