About Frederick Association of School Support Employees

The Frederick Association of School Support Employees, or FASSE, represents the custodians, maintenance crew, instructional assistants, food service workers, special education instructional assistants, transportation, secretaries, and all other support employees of Frederick County Public Schools. We are the local support staff affiliate of the Maryland State Education Association and the National Education Association. As support staff workers, the members of FASSE constantly work to promote and encourage educational success for all students from getting them to school, and making sure the building is clean and in working order.
